- Spearheading initiatives by working with various levels of government to incentivize the development of high density and low incoming housing in the downtown core. Including provisions for more senior and family housing.
- Seeking opportunities to revitalize and support the economic development of local businesses of a wide variety. Building a stronger local business community together that is prosperous.
